Fall is Here!

Hello all, and happy October! It's been a very long long time since I have last posted, about 2 months ago. Well I have had a very busy schedule but I am going to now resume with more frequency here on Dynamic Gardening. It is officially fall, the leaves are falling from the trees, and the weather is starting to cool down. For today, I will like to share a simple plant update with you all. The plant that I will be showing an update on is with my mother in law's tongue plant:
This plant is doing very well and it has gotten considerably taller too! I water it around once a week usually, but since the days are getting cooler and will eventually get shorter I will cut back on watering this plant as well as the others. I repotted this plant from its original pot and into this decorative ceramic pot back at the beginning of August of 2015. I did find the pot on sale at Michael's as part of the end of summer clearance, which is very very great deal! Mother in law's tongues are one of my very favorite plants. The patterns on the leaves have a unique and modern look. The care for this plant is very easy, as it does not demand very much in terms of lighting, watering, and fertilizing. I do want my plant to flower one day, and I know that it would need to be semi-pot bound, so I will keep it in this pot for a while.
This plant has came such a long way over the course of 10 months that I've had it and I'm excited about what is to come in the future with this plant! If any of you have any comments and/or questions, feel free to leave and comment, and I will respond as quickly as possible. Thank you all for visiting Dynamic Gardening! Have a great day!
